Our beautiful hand stamp biscuits are made by our friend Caroline a farmer’s wife, she makes them locally in her Rutland bakery.
The biscuits are approx. 10cm – Caroline uses locally sourced ingredients where possible a local flour mill and a farm producing organic free-range eggs.
Handmade Vanilla Iced Biscuits
Ingredients Biscuit: Wheat Flour, sugar, golden syrup, butter, free range eggs, fair-trade vanilla Icing: Icing sugar, water. Fondant: sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Water, Humectan (glycerine), Emulsifier(mono-and Di-glycerides of Fatty Acids, Stabilisers (Xantham Gum, Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring . Edible Glitter. Colours include E422, E1520, E551, E110, E124, E129, E133, E155, E102, E122, E153, E104, E159, E110, E129, E104, E102 & E124 may have adverse effect on children.
